But what truly makes him the best is an ability to explain it and work with others to improve their skills. First session we spent time getting the rig and sim setup correctly (I had selected iRacing). Then we looked at my driving. Quickly James found a few things/habits I have, pointed them out and explained how it was impacting my driving. Then a few ways to think about these items to dial them out. It's a really professional experience from start to finish. James values your time with emails to help you be ready for sessions and he is on time and very responsive in between sessions to questions. Honestly it's fun as well which is important to me.
